How to order Custom Designed Caps:

Send Your Information & Order Confirmation

Please advise us of the style or styles of caps you require and quantities of each. We recommend supplying us with your company logo in either PDF, EPS or AI files, along with your preferred colour scheme. There is no problem if you do not have a logo, as we can create one specifically suited to you! Once the styles, quantities, colours and logo (if needed) have been confirmed, your order process will be on its way.

Payment

Payment must be completed in full before a design proof is created and sent through to you.

Design Proof

Once payment has been received in full, we will supply you with a proof to ensure you are happy with the design before going to production. This will give you a visual of how the cap will appear once complete. Alterations may be made to the design during this stage.

Order Confirmed & Delivery

Your custom designed caps will go to production only after you are satisfied with and have confirmed a design with us. Your custom designed caps will be delivered to your doorstep within 50 days from the confirmation date. Alterations and/or cancellations may not be made once confirmation has been received.
