Frequently Asked Questions
    Order Cancellations:

        A custom designed hat or cap cancellation will not be accepted once the design has been confirmed by the customer and the cap has been sent to production. A custom designed hat or cap can be cancelled at anytime before the final design has been approved with a full refund provided. We cannot guarantee amendments or re-directions beyond confirmation or payment for both stock items and custom designed products. If you have purchased an item accidentally, that is not custom designed, please email info@cattledogclothingco.com.au immediately. If items have already been posted, please refer to Returns.


    Returns & Refunds:

        In the case where an incorrect item has been received please notify us at info@cattledogclothingco.com.au with your order information so we can resolve as soon as possible.


        Unless otherwise noted, items may be exchanged for different sizes or styles within 10 business days of delivery. In order for exchanges to be accepted, the following requirements must be met:


        -The item must not be damaged and has been placed back within its original wrapping.


        -The item has not been worn or washed and is free from perfumes/colognes, dog/cat hair, makeups and/or stains.


        -The item is in a resalable condition with its original tags, stickers etc remaining attached.


        -The item was purchased via the Cattledog Clothing Co website, or an authorised Cattledog Clothing Co stall, accompanied by a receipt showing proof of purchase.


        *Any items that do not comply with the above conditions will not be accepted.


        In accordance with the "Change of Mind Return' ACCC Consumer Rights, any exchanges or change of mind past 10 business days of delivery will not be accepted


        Unless the product has been deemed faulty by a Cattledog Clothing Co staff member, customers will be required to cover the cost of postage for exchanges/change of mind. Postage costs are non-refundable.


        The exchangeable item must be to the same value or less than the item that is being exchanged. In the event the value is less, a store credit will be issued. If there has been a price variation from the time of purchase to the exchange date, the original price of the item will stand.


        In the circumstance where an exchanged item has been requested and is unavailable, our staff will supply you with an in store credit to the value of the item.


        Gift Cards purchased or received cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.


        In the rare circumstance where an item has been deemed faulty upon delivery, the customer will have 3 days from the date of delivery to notify our team at info@cattledogclothingco.com.au. Photos, proof of purchase and order information will be required to be emailed through. All faulty claims will be assessed by a staff member and if accepted, the customer will be notified and supplied with postage details. The item will be required to be returned to Cattledog Clothing Co, at no cost to the customer and once received, a full refund or a replacement item will be issued. A faulty claim will not be accepted if the date since delivery surpasses 3 days. We will not take responsibility if an item is delivered to us claiming fault, without prior confirmation by a Cattledog Clothing Co staff member.


        We cannot amend, refund or cancel custom designed caps or hats once a design has been approved by the customer. If a custom designed cap or hat has been deemed faulty upon delivery, the customer will have 3 days from the delivery date to advise our team via email at info@cattledogclothingco.com.au to resolve the issue.

    Shipping Policy:

        In stock orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Our delivery service is Australia Post, Authority To Leave. All orders have a default 'authority to leave deliveries' without a signature. If a person is unavailable to accept the delivery, the courier will leave it in a safe place on the premises. If you are concerned there is no safe place at the premises, please advise via email at info@cattledogclothingco.com.au immediately after receiving your order confirmation, and before your order is posted. Please reference your order number to enable us to look at alternate services. In the event an order is delivered to an insufficient address or 'Return to Sender' it will be the purchaser's responsibility to cover the fee along with the re-delivery shipping cost.


        If there is no email address provided upon order confirmation you will not receive confirmation notifications.


        International orders outside of Australia may incur additional costs and be subject to import duties, taxes and custom inspections relevant to your country. All international orders will be sent ‘Delivery Duty Unpaid’ and duties or taxes may be payable upon arrival in your country.


        Taxes and custom charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included within our international shipping pricing. Payment may be required to release your order from customs.


        If the situation arises where import duties and taxes are not paid to customs to release the order upon arrival, the items will be returned to Cattledog Clothing Co with the customer being refunded the total amount of their order minus shipping/freight costs.

    Delivery Timeframes:

        Please allow for 5-7 business days for apparel and product deliveries within Australia, and up to 6-8 weeks for your custom designed caps and hats to arrive. Delivery timeframes can vary upon certain times of the year, particularly around holiday periods. Your delivery location being remote, rural or metro can also affect delivery times. Please ensure this is factored in when placing orders. We will endeavour to have your order delivered to you as soon as possible however, please be patient as couriers and Australia Post are experiencing overwhelming volume, of which, we appreciate your understanding. We cannot take responsibility for delayed delivery times from Australia Post or couriers, and apologise for any inconvenience surrounding this.
